About ProSay
A tool for people handling their own case.
ProSay prepares Connecticut court forms for people representing themselves in housing and family court. You answer questions in plain English. ProSay turns your answers into completed forms, ready to sign and file.
What ProSay is
ProSay is a self-help document preparation service. It helps you complete the forms Connecticut courts require, in the format the court expects.
What ProSay is not
ProSay is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It cannot tell you whether to file, what to argue, or how a judge will rule. It prepares documents based on the answers you give. If you need legal advice, talk to a licensed Connecticut attorney. The Connecticut Judicial Branch also offers free self-help resources at its Court Service Centers.
How templates are approved
Every template starts with the official Connecticut Judicial Branch form or the format the Practice Book requires. A licensed Connecticut attorney reviews each one before it goes live, and again whenever court rules change. Nothing is published without that review. No attorney reviews your answers or your documents.
Built by a Connecticut attorney.
Nate Baber is a Connecticut trial attorney and the founder of ProSay. He built it after watching people navigate housing and family court alone, without a clear way to get their paperwork right. Nate practices at Baber Law, LLC in Vernon, Connecticut.
